Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer enjoyed a romantic dinner in Beverly Hills, the night before his scheduled departure for a European tour.

“They were super affectionate and super sweet,” a diner at Madeo tells people. “They were kissing and rubbing arms.”

Mayer is schedule to leave Wednesday for Europe for a 10-night tour starting in Denmark. He returns to the states in July. There was no word yet on whether Aniston would be joining him abroad.

At their dinner Tuesday, the couple had reason to be so touchy-feely. They spent last weekend in the lap of luxury at the seven-acre beachfront compound owned by Girls Gone Wild mogul Joe Francis, in Punta Mita, Mexico.

The couple, who traveled with a group of Aniston’s friends, never left the grounds of Casa Aramara, which features a 1,000-square-foot gym and three houses spanning 40,000 square feet. They had their meals prepared by a five-star chef and were tended to by the estate’s 15-person staff.

According to a source, the couple’s room was even equipped with an “anything” button, which allows guests to request anything they want every time they press it.

Court Signs Off on Britney’s Moving Day

This time, an ambulance won’t be required to move Britney Spears from her Beverly Hills-area home.

The “Toxic” warbler is aiming to sell her home in the gated Summit community—ground zero of her January meltdown—and has quietly begun showing it to prospective buyers, E! News has learned.

Earlier today, a Los Angeles court commissioner OK’d a request from Spears’ conservatorship asking for permission to put the property on the market.

The court approval comes days after Spears was spotted looking at a $5.6 million, 7,300-square-foot house (above) in the L.A. suburb of Encino, closer to the home base of ex-husband Kevin Federline and the ex-couple’s sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James.

Spears bought her current residence in December 2007 for $6.7 million, according to the tax assessor.The Mediterranean-style villa measures 7,400 square-feet and has five bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, as well as a library, media room and maid’s quarters. A second floor balcony overlooks a huge open living room and kitchen with an adjacent screening room. There is also a pool and hot tub in the backyard.

Spears has not exactly endeared herself to fellow denizens of the community, who have complained about the constant presence of paparazzi outside the gates. Some reports have blamed Spears as the reason neighbor Ed McMahon has not received a single offer on his $6.5 million house that’s facing foreclosure.

This morning at the end of Spears’ probate hearing, attorneys representing Spears’ conservatorship submitted to Court Commissioner Reva Goetz a sealed ex-parte motion to go forward with the sale.

Otherwise, the status hearing in Spears’ conservatorship case maintained the status quo.

While Spears herself was not present, attorneys for both her and father Jamie Spears appeared before Goetz to deal with matters related to the conservatorship.

After a two-hour closed-door meeting, Goetz stuck with a July 31 court date, when it will be decided if Spears remains in need of a conservator.

Jamie Spears has been serving as coconservator of his daughter’s estate since Jan. 31.

Should both sides fail to agree to extend his reign by the next hearing, then Goetz is expected to set a trial, which will determine whether the singer should be placed under the permanent care of a conservator.

Goetz ordered Spears’ counsel, Samuel Ingham, to confer with the singer to decide whether she would agree to waive her right to a jury trial.

“My client is going to be out of town until next Monday,” Ingham told the court, without divulging Spears’ whereabouts. He then informed the commissioner he needed more time to meet up with his client and discuss their options.

Goetz also set a time schedule for attorneys to prepare financial and psychological information on Spears.

FIRST LOOK: Sara Evans Wedding Photo

Country singer Sara Evans gave people a first look at her photo album from her Saturday wedding to former University of Alabama quarterback Jay Barker. “It was a fairy-tale wedding,” Evans, 37, tells people.

It was also a family affair: Evans, in an ivory Vera Wang gown, was escorted down the grassy aisle at a Tennessee farm by her three children, son Avery, 8, and daughters Olivia, 5, and Audrey, 3.

Barker’s kids – Andrew, 9, Braxton, 8, and twins Sarah Ashlee and Harrison, 6 – gave him away.

The day after the wedding, the Barker Bunch were back home, grilling steaks and watching movies together. “We wanted this week to be just us together as a family because next week we go on our honeymoon,” says Evans. “We just want to relish every moment as a family.”

Next up for Evans and her children is a move to Birmingham, Ala., where Barker, 35, works as a sports radio host. Says Barker: “I can’t believe we get to spend the rest of our lives together.”

Dad to Sell Britney Spears’s L.A. Home

Britney Spears’s father intends to sell her Studio City home in the latest liquidation of her assets, it was revealed in Los Angeles probate court Tuesday.

The hilltop house, located in a gated community, has been the scene of the recent drama in the singer’s life, including the night in January she was taken from the property in an ambulance and forced into a psychiatric hospital.

It was not immediately clear where she intends to move. But a source close to Spears said, “Having more privacy and wide open spaces for her to raise her boys has been a goal for some time.”

In March, a court granted her father, Jamie Spears, the power to “sell or dispose of” an undisclosed number of her seven cars. Jamie remains in legal control of his daughter’s affairs until a July 31 hearing.

Also, her court-appointed attorney, Samuel Ingham, said in court that Britney would be out of state for several days – but he did not offer an explanation of why or where.

Another source said that Spears is set to head back to Louisiana this week to be by her sister Jamie Lynn Spears’s side as the younger sibling welcomes her first child with fiancé Casey Aldridge.

The source says Jamie Lynn, 17, has “not been feeling well” recently, causing the family to push up their travel plans. Their father, their older brother Bryan and Britney’s assistant are all expected to make the trip, as well.
