Mini Clip of Mini-Me Sexcapades Back Online

Call it a minibetrayal.

A Los Angeles judge has given TMZ permission to repost a snippet of a sex tape featuring Verne Troyer after his willing costar, former girlfriend Ranae Shrider, informed a federal court that she was the one who leaked the footage in the first place.

Shrider submitted a signed declaration admitting her X-rated romp with the Austin Powers henchman was shot using her digital video camera, therefore making her the owner. She also said that she gave the clip to TMZ to drum up interest while she shops the full 50-minute tape around town to the highest bidder. (According to TMZ, she’s asking for a minimum of $25,000.)

The declaration was good enough for the judge, who had initially ordered TMZ to take down the clip, and the footage was back online Tuesday night.

However, a court order is still in effect barring a porn distributor from selling or disseminating the Mini-Me encounter—even if it’s worth $1 billion.

Troyer filed a $20 million lawsuit last week seeking to block the release, alleging the tape was stolen from him. Now it looks like the actor, currently starring in The Love Guru, is going to have to fight Shrider for it.

Reps for Troyer and Shrider could not be reached for comment.

The loudmouthed former supermodel hired Ciccone to design her new sleeping quarters for her Oxygen network series, according to a source. “Janice lives in the house with the models, and she had Chris design her bedroom.”

A rep for the show confirmed Ciccone’s appearance but said she did know any other details. An August date for the season premiere has not been decided.

Let’s just hope things go better than they did on Monday, when Ciccone was shooting his wannabe design reality show. One of Ciccone’s two design assistants sliced her leg open on the corner of a mirror while working on a Los Angeles-area home renovation, a source reports

She was rushed to the hospital, where doctors closed her up with nearly 20 staples. She did, however, “return hours later on crutches to finish the room,” the source says.

Nothing could be better for a reality show than some blood-soaked drama and a trip to the emergency room.

Sparks Fly as Christie Brinkley Divorce Trial Opens

Christie Brinkley and Peter Cook’s divorce trial kicked off on Wednesday with immediate fireworks, including a tearful breakdown by Cook on the witness stand.

In opening statements, the model’s lawyer portrayed her estranged husband, 49, as a chronic philanderer and an abuser of Internet pornography whose habit cost the couple $3,000 a month. Meanwhile, his lawyer described Brinkley, 54, as a woman so consumed with anger that she is turning their children against him.

Brinkley’s lawyer called Cook as the first witness in the case. Under questioning in a Long Island courtroom, Cook testified about the affair he had with his then-teenage assistant, Diana Bianchi, who has been subpoenaed to testify in the case. The affair lasted “less than a year,” he said.

Cook, who has admitted paying Bianchi to keep quiet about the relationship, said in court that he began leaving money for Bianchi shortly after their affair started in 2005. In one instance, the architect left cash under a rock outside his office and another time behind a small painting called “Zeus” inside his office.

Cook also admitted sending an email to Bianchi that was submitted as evidence. “I don’t know – you’ve put me under your spell,” read the email in part. “You’ve never asked me but I left you money … I want to see you again.”

In another email Cook admitted to sending in June 2006, he asked Bianchi to lie to cover up the affair. He was emotional on the stand, at one point breaking down in tears during cross-examination by his attorney.

Later in the day, Bianchi testified that Cook had given her $15,000 for a down payment on a new Nissan Maxima and said they had sex “less than 10 times.” Looking petite in a white ruffled shirt, fitted gray skirt and heels, Bianchi remained composed on the stand but got teary as she left the courtroom.

Angelina Jolie’s Doctor: ‘Everything Is Normal’

Angelina Jolie’s obstetrician, Dr. Michel Sussmann, assured the press at a news conference in the South of France Wednesday that all is well with the expectant mom – something that she and Brad Pitt want the world to know.

“Everything is normal,” the obstetrician said in French, as he also said in English, “She is very well, and she’s okay. … Brad and Angelina want everyone to know that everything is going well.”

The babies, he said, will arrive “in the weeks to come.”

Jolie, who is expecting twins, checked into the medical center this weekend. On Wednesday, Pitt dropped by with two special guests: daughters Zahara, 3, and Shiloh, 2.

“It is simply a visit of surveillance, no birth,” Sussmann said of his patient.

Saying that Jolie’s “very, very nice,” the doctor added, “She will stay in the hospital until the birth. I will stay with her.”

What he was not specific about was the due date. “This is something you can’t program, you never know for sure,” he said.
