A furious Halle Berry has vowed to keep her daughter out of the public eye after accusing a paparazzo of trespassing on her property to take photos of her baby.
After pictures of Halle cradling the four-month-old in a back garden were published on various internet sites this week, the Oscar-winning actress released a statement saying images of her child were not for sale.
The stunning actress and her model boyfriend Gabriel Aubry have refused to follow the celebrity trend for selling exclusive photos of their newborns to the highest bidder.
After a stormy-faced Halle was pictured out and about in Los Angeles on Thursday, looking trim in a bright top and jeans, she released a statement denouncing the photographer who snapped the exclusive picture of her baby.

Halle said: ‘I have long since come to terms with the fact that choosing a career as an actress has made me a public figure, but my baby has made no such choice, and unless and until she does, I will do everything I can … to keep her out of the public eye.’
The actress’ lawyer said she is seeking criminal charges against the photographer in question, who she has accused of trespassing on private property.
