With one of the world’s most in-demand pop stars in town the paparazzi were stationed outside the usual haunts. But there was no sign of Rihanna at Nobu, Boujis or the May Fair hotel.
Instead the Barbadian singer was spotted at one of London’s less well known destinations – the Ochi Caribbean in Shepherd’s Bush.
Pining for a taste of home, the 21-year-old visited the small family-run takeaway for her favourite dish – £5 curry chicken and plain rice.
For her trip to Shepherd’s Bush, Rihanna wrapped up warm against the London weather in a studded black biker jacket and matching trousers.
The outfit was by Ashish at Topshop, and set her back a decidedly non-designer £225.
Following her curry chicken, Rihanna dressed up jeans and a sweater to attend CASH Money records’ lavish launch party to celebrate the launch of Jay Sean’s album.
Party organisers had splashed out £100,000 on Cristal champagne to impress their VIP guest, who joined Alexandra Burke, Jamelia, Alesha Dixon and JLS.
