In yet another twist following the Christmas morning brawl between Charlie Sheen and wife Brooke Mueller, TMZ.com is now reporting that Mueller doesn’t want a divorce.
In fact, she wants to try to reconcile her troubled marriage, TMZ.com reports.
The new report conflicts with ones from earlier in the week saying Mueller has wanted to call it quits for a while.
Mueller has hired famous defense lawyer Yale Galanter, who represented O.J. Simpson for a number of years, and he is asking the court to adjust a protective order against Sheen so that Mueller can see him, according to TMZ.com.
Galanter says it is “so they can work on resolving the conflicts in their marriage.”
He called the altercation just “one bad night” in a marriage of two people who truly love each other, according to TMZ.com.
Mueller retained Galanter in case prosecutors charge her with making a false police report, the Web site says.
